1. Login to the Tandem Server publishing tool
2. Click on the ‘NewsLetters’ tab
3. Click the “+ Add New Newsletter” button
a. Create Newsletter to email using the Newsletter Editor
4. Click Mailing Lists
a. Click the “+ Add New Mailing List” button
b. Create a mailing list using the Newsletter Mailing List Editor
5. Click “Send” button next to the Newsletter you just created
a. Select the Mailing List you just created
b. Check all the emails address you want to receive your new newsletter
6. Click the “Preview & Send” button
a. Click the “Send” button to send your newsletter
