Streaming Videos is easy with Silverlight is easy.
1. Sign up for an account using MS passport http://silverlight.live.com/Default.aspx
2. Select “Manage Videos” link after your account has been created
a. Upload a video to your library
b. Click on the name of the video you just uploaded to manage
c. Copy the “<iframe src=…” section
3. Log in to the Tandem Server content management system
a. Select the page you want to add the video to
b. Edit the content section
c. Click the HTML view tab at the bottom of the editor
d. Paste the “<iframe src=…” section
